When will the Market Start?

Mountwood Market's anticipated start date for the 2025 season will be on Saturday, April 26th.  Market hours will be every Saturday, from 10AM - 1PM. (Set up time will begin at 9AM) The market will run until Saturday, October 18th, then begin again next Spring (schedule to be announced)

How much is the vendor fee?

Vendor fee for 2025 will be $75 and cover the entire selling period (every Saturday from April 26th until late October).  Internet access, trash service, electric, and marketing will be availble and included.

What can I sell?

Basically anything that you produce, grow, or provide yourself.  Meat, veggies, crafts, coffee, fruits, services, lumber, eggs, poultry, freeze dried goods, etc.

I'd like to sell, but need ideas or help setting up my business...

Our vision is to help bring the community together and support each other.  If you'd like to participate, but need some guidance please contact us and we'll be happy to lend you a hand and help you get started!

As a vendor do I have to have insurance?

Insurance will always be recommended, but is not required at this time.

Are permits required?

Depending on what you'd like to sell, there could be.  We'd be happy to help you with navigating those waters to make sure you are set up the right way.  Everyone selling at Mountwood Market will be in full compliance with WV regulatory agencies.
